Small businesses in Vancouver, Washington need your help.

On many mornings, suspicious vehicles suspected to be ICE loiter in parking lots in Vancouver’s International Business District on Fourth Plain between I-5 and I-205, where many shops and restaurants are owned by immigrants. ICE patrols, price increases, and other disruptions have put many local businesses in crisis, as many of their regular customers fear they will be violently detained when they leave their homes to buy food and essentials.

Sales are down by 60% or more at many of these family-owned businesses, and without attracting new customers they will be forced to close in the coming weeks. Losing neighborhood shops like these will leave a cultural void and create empty storefronts in a once-thriving area of Vancouver.

4th Plain Bingo is meant to encourage all Vancouver residents to shop in the International Business District for basics, specialty items and more. It’s easy to play and your support will help your neighbors!

Step 1: Get 4th Plain Bingo Cards

Cards can be found at participating organizations or by emailing us. You can play with as many cards as you like.

Step 2: Complete Goals to Score BINGOs

Visit local markets, shops and restaurants on Fourth Plain. Mark boxes however you want as you complete goals. (Note: Clever players can accomplish multiple goals with the same action.) Click the Learn-More for detailed rules and current available prizes.

Step 3: Share Cards to Win Prizes

Email us a photo of each Bingo card when you are done with it, and post your adventure to social media to earn points. Fill out as many BINGOs as you want to compete with other players for monthly prizes, including a grand prize of $150 value. First prizes will be awarded February 1, 2026, and then continue until ICE’s impact is over.
